Spectra Supply was co-founded by Sally Morse with a clear vision:  to provide quality, proper fitting hand protection for men and women, while giving back to the community.

The inspiration to start Spectra Supply came from asking a curious question to an energy company owner - what product do you order the most? The answer was work gloves! This created the idea for Sally to pursue a long-held ambition of entrepreneurship and starting a company with her brother.

Our dedication to the trades extends beyond our gloves. Spectra Supply, under Sally's leadership, is a founding member of the non profit Alliance of Women's Safety Apparel Manufacturers (AWSAM), and we are strong supporters of initiatives like the Women in Trades Virtual Career Fairs, Honour The Work, Adopt a Shop, and Project Forest Re-Wilding Programs.
