Spectra Supply was co-founded by Sally Morse with a clear vision:  to provide quality, proper fitting hand protection for men and women across the globe, including Canada, Australia, Europe, United Kingdom, and the United States.

The inspiration to start Spectra Supply came from asking a curious question, creating the opportunity to pursue a long-held ambition of entrepreneurship. Sally’s personal commitment and drive fuel the company's mission to provide products that empower others in their work.

Our dedication to the trades extends beyond our gloves. Spectra Supply, under Sally's leadership, is a founding member of the Alliance of Women's Safety Apparel Manufacturers (AWSAM), and we are strong supporters of initiatives like the Women in Trades Virtual Career Fairs, Honour The Work, Adopt a Shop, and Project Forest Re-Wilding Programs.
