Limited Lifetime Warranty

Spectra Supply Inc. warrants that all of our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage from misuse, abuse, improper care, alteration or normal wear and tear. If, on receipt of a shipment, you feel the merchandise is defective, notify us immediately. A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) will be given to you prior to return and goods will be either credited or replaced; provided goods are returned according to guidelines detailed under our return policy. We reserve the right to be the sole judge of what constitutes “defective workmanship or materials”.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Orders for stock products can be cancelled or changed before being shipped.

Shipping Discrepancies

If, upon receipt of an order, we have inadvertently shipped the wrong style/color/size/quantities, please notify us within 48 hours by Email at info@spectragloves.com. If your claim is substantiated, a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) will be given to you and when the goods are received in our Calgary warehouse, the goods you will be credited against the original invoice, provided goods are returned according to the guidelines detailed under our return policy. Replacement goods will be forwarded if required and charged accordingly.

Shortages

If, upon inspection of the shipment, you find that goods are missing or damaged due to the condition of the shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file the appropriate claim with the carrier in question.

If a shipment arrives in apparent good order and after further inspection of goods, the product is found to have been damaged in transit and/or missing, both Spectra Gloves and the carrier must be notified within 48 hours via e-mail.

If Spectra Gloves is at fault for the shortage after substantiating your claim, a refund or credit invoice will be issued against the original invoice and replacement goods will be forwarded and charged accordingly. (NOTE to ensure shipment accuracy, all orders are double checked, and the exact box/skid weights and dimensions are recorded at Spectra Gloves prior to shipping)

Samples

If samples cannot be physically seen with a sales visit, all samples will be invoiced but may be returned according to the guidelines detailed under our return policy.

Returned samples must be in original condition for full credit.

Returns

All return requests must be submitted via e-mail to info@spectragloves.com, within 30 days of purchase date, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form. Goods that have been worn, soiled or altered in any way are not returnable.

Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid and must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

Returned goods must be in their original condition.

Volume Discounts

For orders before tax of $250 receive a 2% discount; orders over $500 receive a 5% discount and orders over $1000 receive a 12% discount.
